The second part of our safety approach refers to cleaning your furniture without causing damage. Whilst our company is fully insured against such events, our technicians will take great care to clean your lounges without damaging the fabric in the process. They are trained to inspect the job before any work is carried out. Significant fabric damage can result from harsh steam cleaning of fabrics in some instances. With the Chem-Dry hot water extraction system, our couch cleaning technicians will use a low moisture restoration process. The furniture will dry much quicker with no risk of hidden mould incubation.
The final part of safety refers to the actions of our technicians in your home. You can easily identify our technicians. They wear Chem-Dry uniforms at all times. Your cleaning appointment is scheduled by our office staff with a specific time. We understand that you are busy and we will try to fit in with your schedule as much as possible. There will be no surprise when we arrive at your front door. When we get to your home, floors are covered with drop sheets when we clean upholstery. Ventilation is used or introduced when required. Risk assessments are done when small children and/or pets are present.
