In more severe cases of soot/fire damage, we may have to deal with water damage restoration as well. Sprinklers or the fire brigade use large amounts of water to contain a blaze and we have to remove that water as part of the smoke damage restoration process.

A large part of the job revolves around soot removal. Very fine particles of soot can travel everywhere in a house and contaminate every piece contents in your home.It is our job to clean carpets, contents, walls and ceilings and decontaminate the property.
Smoke damage restoration does also involve minor structural repairs or painting on occasion. When there is more extensive damage, a licensed builder will need to be appointed.
We are able to store and clean contents offsite. This is an expensive option but cannot always be avoided. Our technicians will explore all other restoration pathways before considering offsite restoration.
